
Move over Chicken nuggets, say hello battered and fried cauliflower. Veganuary doesn’t need to be all healthy…
🥦Mix 4tbsp Flour, 4tsp of Vesuvius Rub in a large bowl.
🥦Whisk in approx 100ml of milk (nut, soya, oat etc) until a thick batter is formed.
🥦Dunk the heads of Cauliflower so they are well covered and fry till batter brown and cauliflower soft.
Demolish the lot without hesitation, ideally with a sweet chilli dip
