Mix 6g (3 tsp) of the Chettinad Curry blend with 55g (3tbls) mayonnaise (hellmans, obvs) Or go all out and make your own mayonnaise (we all know that’s not happening).
Taste it. Like it? Crack on and add the turkey. Not strong enough for your taste buds? add more mix. Too strong for your delicate palate? add more mayo.
If you still have the festive vibe add some dried cranberries. It’s really good.
