This sweet and spicy blend is rammed to the rafters with flavour. Coconut milk adds a creamy sweetness, backed up with classic spices. Simply add to a tin of coconut milk, simmer it up, and add a dash of salt and honey (or other sweetener) to taste.  And what’s even better is you can add the mix to Mayonnaise or Vegannaise and make the ultimate of classic dishes – a Coronation Chicken.

Recipe serves 4-5. Enough for 2 meals in the pouch.

My favourite simple supper so far. Tastes great and you can add as much or as little as you like depending on what’s in the fridge. Sometimes it gets onion and pepper, maybe a mushroom or 2, but always a taste sensation.
